This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 888mega platform by all users. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 888mega website or services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below. Please read this document in full before creating an account or making any transaction.

1. General Terms and Acceptance

888mega ("Platform", "We", "Company") operates as an online betting platform under international licensing. 3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account

Each player is only permitted to have one active account at 888mega. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Your full name, mobile number, email, and payment details must match your actual identity. 888mega is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.3 Password and Account Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. You must use a strong password and must not disclose it to any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact 888mega support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 888mega support team. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

888mega supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals at no additional charge from 888mega.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit is RM30 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawal requests below the minimum limit will not be processed.

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the payment method chosen and the time the request is made. 888mega aims to process all valid withdrawals promptly.

4.4 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

888mega reserves the right to require players to undergo an identity verification process before a withdrawal request is approved, particularly for first-time requests or amounts that exceed a certain threshold. This is part of our commitment to the financial security of players.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 888mega players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing your balance to RM300. For a deposit of RM1,000, a bonus of RM888 will be given, bringing the balance to RM1,888.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Using the example above: a deposit of RM100 with a bonus of RM200 requires wagering of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before bonus withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM1,000, wagering of RM888 × 10 = RM8,880 is required.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

888mega prohibits the use of bonuses with the intent to exploit the promotions system. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, contradictory betting (arbitrage), and any strategy considered to be bonus fraud. Violations will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

5.4 Other Promotions

Weekly cashback, special promotions and offers for VIP members are announced from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms of that promotion will override these general terms for the purpose of that promotion.

6. Game Rules

All games available at 888mega — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and virtual sports — are operated by licensed software providers using verified random number generators (RNG). Game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical malfunction.

6.1 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 888mega will review the transaction logs and resolve any discrepancies according to the stored system records. Results recorded in our system will be considered valid and final in all dispute cases.

6.2 System Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate game software, exploit bugs, use automation software or bots, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 888mega employs continuous fraud detection systems and will take appropriate action against such violations.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888mega holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or through the relevant court jurisdiction in accordance with our licensing regulations.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to reflect the original intention of the parties, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
